Hannah Mouncey granted permission to play
Transgender footballer Hannah Mouncey has been granted permission by AFL to play in VFLW for 2018 season
Mouncey was not allowed to play in 2017 when the AFL said her physical condition would give her an unreasonable advantage in the AFLW
Now, AFL general counsel Andrew Dillon and GM Inclusion and Social Policy Tanya Hosch have announced they had given Mouncey the go-ahead to play state level footy in 2018.

OCTOBER 2017: Transgender footballer Hannah Mouncey has been declined entry into the upcoming AFLW draft.
The AFL said her physical disparity is significant and would give her an unreasonable advantage.

Mouncey is a 190cm tall and weighs 100kg.
She may be able to nominate for the 2019 draft.
